How would you like to spend your next summer vacation in this very private and romantic Cottage, Enjoy this view with your first cup of coffee or Tea and have the scent of lavender all around you?
The LAVENDER COTTAGE will be available for rent as from April 1 until October 31, 2012.
Weekly rentals are our preference, but we will rent it for a minimum of three nights.
Policies:

•Based on double occupancy, the nightly rate is $145.00.

•Minimum is a 3-night stay. Note that an exception to this minimum is at “Ironman time” (the end of August annually) when a 5-night stay is required.

•The rate per week is $975.00

•Rates are exclusive of taxes.

•Rates are subject to change without notice (guests already booked are exempt from any changes).
Payment
Reservations may be made by cheque. Unfortunately, we don’t accept credit cards or Interac payments. Bookings made by cheque will be secured upon receipt and clearance of the cheque. A 50% deposit is required at the time of booking. Balance of Payment – due upon check-in, may be made with cash, cheques or traveller’s cheques.
Cancellations
Within two weeks of the booking, a cancellation will result in a refund of the 50% deposit only if the Lavender Cottage is booked by another party. If not, the deposit is forfeited. Parties canceling prior to two weeks in advance of the booking will receive a full refund of their 50% deposit. Both refund scenarios will be less a 5% cancellation fee.
Checking in + out
Check-in is anytime after 3:00 pm (if you should wish us to make an exception, please call to see if we may be able to accommodate your request).
Check-out is by 10:30 am.
Pets
We allow well behaved pets. We have two cats and a large male Akita dog who usually tolerates other dogs. If you think your beloved dog/cat/Guinea pig? will get along with our creatures and will not be bothered by the odd non-domestic animal meandering about our property, please ask about bringing him/her along. Ask us first for approval rather than assume that “Fifi’s” presence will be fine. Thank you.
Smoking
Only permitted outside on the grounds and on the deck. Butts must not be discarded on the ground.
