Welcome to the former original Naramata Lavender Shop!

Our big news is now almost one year old and thanks to your continued interest, has worked very well!

After almost two decades, we decided to take the plunge and semi-retire.

As per December 31, 2022, I gave up my shop location in downtown Naramata to focus on other projects. 4th Meridian Art and Vintage have taken over the space and dazzle with their eclectic and very well curated selection of art and collectibles. They also carry a selection of my lavender and rose products.

I continue to produce a core stock of my hand-made lavender products and you can contact me via email (forestgreenmanlavender@gmail.com) or phone (250-488-8365) for orders. We will also pop up on farmers' markets in the summer season, as will continue to grow lavender varieties on our small farm in the hills above Naramata.

I am hopeful that this new format of Forest Green Man Lavender will continue to satisfy the need for my lovingly hand-made, high-quality lavender productsThank-you to all for your patronage over so many years, it's been quite a ride :).

Follow us on Facebook under <https://www.facebook.com/forestgreenman> for product and market updates and on Instagram https://www.instagram.com/forestgreenmanlavender/where we like to just generally update about our silly life.

We are looking forward to hearing from you.

Cheers,

Karolina and Doug

The "Green Man" is usually represented as a stylized face made up of leaves and branches — the Celtic spirit of nature, an ancient symbol, representing growth, fertility and renewal. He appears in many cultures. He dies in the winter and is reborn in the spring and we are convinced that he’s out there, somewhere, amongst our fruit trees, vegetables and lavender field....

to watch our ancient interview with Sandy Dawson in June/09 from CHBC-TV, and

to watch Richard resurrect the old MF 35 tractor!
These are both relics from our times on the former farm and will give you a bit of an idea where it all started.
